For over twenty-eight years, European trained glass artist Frans Kat has been working in stained glass for residential, commercial and architectural settings. These windows include highly specialised techniques of kiln-fired glass painting and staining. He has also been involved in a number of South Australia’s major church window restoration projects as well as creating significant new church windows in South Australia and New South Wales.

Robin has many examples on the web site exhibiting her use of lead work, firing, slumping etc. There are religious, domestic, commercial and exhibition works.
Tiffglaze's site is new. Jason Keable is designing stained glass windows with Australian Trees (in the main) as his inspiration. We have shown a small part of his Humming Bird window here. He uses mostly plain, clear glass for the backgrounds. Methods used are both copper foil and lead came.
This designer wants to make the work relevant to the Australian lifestyle and heritage, and pushes the limits of the craft into new and imaginative areas.
She has an absolutely stunning window in the North Sydney Shopping World (can be seen on her web site)
