From their studio at the heart of the North West of England’s beautiful Ribble Valley in Lancashire, Lightworks Stained Glass cover all aspects of the craft of stained glass.
Their web site has been chosen for the wealth of interesting work and designs shown.
GREENWICH HERITAGE CENTRE
Greenwich Heritage Centre has this stained glass window which they are in the process of getting framed and displayed. It is believed to be around 150 years old and has always been on the Woolwich Arsenal site, where the Greenwich Heritage Centre is located. It depicts Edward III inspecting his artillery and the design may have been taken from an earlier piece of tapestry . The base of the window measures 252cm and the height is 118cm.
